Weird Shrinkage

I never really noticed this until I was a teenager and gave PE my first shot. Anyways, sometimes I shrink more so in the middle of my dick than the head or the base (like an hour glass). It will become constricted and stiff in the middle. Sometimes, when this happens it hurts to pee when I use the restroom because it shrinks around my urethra. I have had this problem for a long time. I don’t know if it was related to PE, or if I just started paying more attention to my penis when I started PE.

Anyone else experience shrinkage like this?

I also experience this! I don’t think I’ve tried peeing while this is happening, but generally it happens when it’s been cold and is starting to warm up.
