And just to be sure to discredit anything else, I actually felt something swing while I walked, to the point that I started hating boxers because it would always hit my thighs due to no support. Maybe it might be true of the way I masturbate. Let’s just say I do it hands-free while wearing briefs(boxers just doesn’t feel right.) Part of the reason I do it wearing underwear is because I don’t wanna get sheets dirty. I won’t give any more details than that. Must sound strange to anyone else. But come to think of it, it did get bigger the second half of the year when I started doing it with hands. I’d know because my flaccid state was definitely bigger. I don’t think the way you masturbate is especially odd. Its the same as frottage or the Princeton rub, you’re just doing it without a friend. Depending on how vigorous you are, its as likely to cause damage as jacking off with your hand. Many men who jack off “normally” use a grip so tight they cause damage, at least you haven’t done that. Regardless, masturbation doesn’t damage your penis, and a damaged penis doesn’t shrink.

The best thing you can do is go to a doctor, check for physical damage, and raise your concerns. If there is damage and he finds it, there’s a chance he can treat you. I actually did visit a urologist. No damage, and no low testosterone levels. Frottage? Yow, you make it sound downright ashaming.

Likelihood is that it is mostly in your head i.e. incorrect measurement.

I’d start with a good jelqing and massaging routine so you make sure that you’re good and healthy before going for real gain. Having said that, assuming that you are right about your shrinkage, you should be able to get back up to your original size pretty quickly.
