Weird injury

Weird injury

So, after my session the other day, I was closing out with my normal set of 50 10second kegels when I felt a quick sharp cramp like pain on the right side of the base of my shaft/pelvic region. I’m not sure what this is, but it’s been 3 days and still hasn’t gone away. The pain isn’t intense, it’s more like mild discomfort and tightness when I’m erect, and it gets a little worse if I kegel.

I left it alone for a couple days and thought it mightve gotten better, so I did a few quick kegels, and lo and behold on like the 5th one I felt a more mild version of the original pain. My question is: What’d I do? Did I injure a muscle? What does a ligament injury feel like?

Thanks for your help, guys.

I’d also like to point out that this sucks extra because I saw my first .125 inch gain the day before. I had just finished jp’s 90 day routine a week earlier and had added in a-stretches. Id like to note that I didnt feel the pain while stretching or during the jelq session after (although it does seem like that general area was sort of tender when I jelqed before), but the cramp type feeling thats lasted since happened during kegels.

JP’ routine?

Sounds more like a litte tear of TA; it should heal in a week or so. Don’t worry about the lost gains, they will back fast.

Yeah, it’s a beginner’s routine suggested over at pegym. What does TA stand for? In any case, I’m sort of relieved that it seems to be something minor. Thanks, man.

Tunica Albuginea.

Yes rest up for a while, leave it alone no masturbating or anything. Sounds like a bit of ligament tear.

It is minor if you do the smart thing and let it heal. Plenty of guys manage to turn something little into a full on broken dick.

Running a Massive Co-Front.

Roughly how long does it take to heal? It’s been a week, and if sort of feels like it’s getting slightly better, but it’s definitely not 100% yet. It’s still feels somewhat sore/achey, even when I’m flaccid. Walking around too much and leaning on my right leg too often seems to aggravate it a little bit. Are these normal for a lig pull? Is it possible I pulled/strained a muscle in my groin? Do people normally pull ligs during kegels?

Try warming it up, liek the warm up that normally begins your routine.

I’ve been warming for about 15 min a day. How about ice? Wouldn’t that help with inflammation?

I honestly don’t know, it just seems every time I hear about an injury similar to yours everyone suggests warm water.

So a quick update: the discomfort sometimes also extends to my right testicle/inner thigh. I did a few kegels today while I felt the discomfort there and noticed my right nut jumped pretty noticeably while my left one didnt move at all. Could this be a sign that theres an issue with the muscles on that side? I feel like they used to jump more or less evenly before.

Also, I decided to some testing. I stretched lightly in all directions which did not illicit any pain. I then proceeded to rub one out and notice that the slighht bulge (muscle?) where the penis meets the base is slightly larger/inflamed on the right side. I’m not particularly sure whether or not this is a normal variation.
