Weighted Kegels & Increased Resistance
I’ve been doing erect kegels for something like 2 months, now, and I am having a hard time finding a heavier external force if you will to kegel against.
I started off just using my boxers as resistance and when that became too easy I’d soak a face towel in hot water, wrap it into a little square and place that over my erection and kegel it up and down. I’ve been doing this for the last 3 weeks and I am now at 250 reps, I want to get to around 300 before I progress on to something heavier. Any ideas?
I’d prefer it to be something I can just place on my erection or wrap around it and kegel with as I feel this works the muscle the best, I’d rather not hang any weights or anything like that.
