Week off from newbie routine, any effect

Week off from newbie routine, any effect

Been lazy, drinking and now it’s six days when I last time had any newbie routine. I was probably almost finished at the time, sixth week, next up was 540 jelqs and 20 stretches. I gradually increased both each day/week.

Anyway, does this week off have big effect on routine and none at all? Should I just continue from where I stopped?

Just continue. At least now you’re healed 100% :)

By the way, some people gain when they take long breaks.
