Wearing an ADS and losing girth

I have been on the newbie routine for about 7 months now and have shown some minor gains in length and girth. Recently I seemed to have plateaued so I started where an all day stretcher. I noticed since then, it seems like my girth had gone down, yet I havent gained in length.

What should I do? Nothing seems be doing much of anything anymore except better EQ and flow. I spend 40 min 5 days a week, 30 jelqing 10 stretching.

ADS or hanging?

None of the two can cause girth loss anyway. What can happens is some loss of EQ can temporary give to your unit a thinner look. About your routine, jelq on a 1on/1off or 2 on/1 off at most. Stretching time is loow after 7 months. What kind of ADS have you worn?

My stretcher is just a homemade contraption using leather belt keeper (the kind cops use to secuure their belt) they go around my thigh then wrap around my unit pulling in downward. I can adjust the tension by how low I wear it on my thigh. Not the most ideal I know but it does “stretch “.

So should I stretch one day manually then jelq the next? I didnt know manual stretching should take place more that I have done it.

As I am figuring it, your stretcher does about nothing at the best.

You can stretch up to 6 days per week, assuming you are not pulling like mad (which you never should do anyway); jelqing requires more rest.
