So I’ve been doing the newbie routine

1 day on 1 day off

I do 5-10 minutes of stretching (fairly light stretches)
Then 200 jelqs (maybe 70% erect or less)
Then 50 Kegels

The result is that my erections are less strong. There is definitely less
Sensation in the tip of my penis and it feels number than before.

There are veins that are more noticeable on the penis, and they are
A little sore, not to mention the skin of the penis feeling very sore.

Not sure about gains, its a little swollen right now, a bit painful and red
But I don’t think that’s a bigger penis.

I think I’m damaging my penis to be honest

Advice ?

Oh I should point out this is week 3.

Sex doesn’t feel as good as it used to.

Sounds as though you may be using too much intensity. If you have soreness and pain (your words) and weaker erections, and diminished enjoyment of sex, I’d definitely recommend dialing it down a bit. Read the article on PIs and take it easy, man! It’s supposed to be fun, not painful!

Try less force or cut off some exercises in your current routine. You’ll find that sweet spot, when you’re not overtraining. You find that, and you start to see gains.

But we're never gonna survive, unless we get a little crazy.

Yea it sounds like a classic case of overtraining. Jelqing at 70% erection level may be too soon if you are only three weeks in. Take it much slower and allow yourself to adapt to the stresses gradually over time.

Slow your roll. I get that you are enthusiastic, but EQ is critical.

Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Going for the magic 8"x6"

Like everyone says, slow down with it.


Start: 12/5/13 - 5.7" BPEL, 5.5" BPEL, 4.3" EG

Goal: 6.5" NBPEL, 7" BPEL, 5" EG

Ultimate Goal: 7" NBPEL 7.5 BPEL 6 EG

Maybe take an extra rest day, then like everyone else said, when you start back up turn down the intensity

MSEG - 4.5 " ---- Goal 4.75 "
