So I’ve been doing the newbie routine
1 day on 1 day off
I do 5-10 minutes of stretching (fairly light stretches)
Then 200 jelqs (maybe 70% erect or less)
Then 50 Kegels
The result is that my erections are less strong. There is definitely less
Sensation in the tip of my penis and it feels number than before.
There are veins that are more noticeable on the penis, and they are
A little sore, not to mention the skin of the penis feeling very sore.
Not sure about gains, its a little swollen right now, a bit painful and red
But I don’t think that’s a bigger penis.
I think I’m damaging my penis to be honest
