Ways to warm up when privacy is non-existent?
Hey guys. I’ll try to keep this short. I need PE ideas for when privacy is non-existent. Basically, I’m at a job corps. No privacy in the dorm rooms and no privacy in the bathrooms. I get up at 5:45, go to trade for 8 hours a day, and come back to my dorm. I can stretch during the day and I can dry jelq, however after months of doing both and seeing very little to no results, I think it is because I cannot warmup. So my questions is pretty simple. Do any of you PE veterans have warmup ideas for when privacy is out of the question? I would love to start up PE again but only if I can warmup somehow. Otherwise, I’m convinced my workouts will be fairly useless.
