Ways of gaining length faster
I am now roughly one month into the Newbie Routine and believe my length gains are somewhere in the region of +0.2” BPEL. Are there any more exercises I could add in to help my length increase more? I’ve looked at V-stretches, Ulis and so on but thought I’d post just to be sure.
Also, I am aware of the “if it ain’t broke don’t fix it” principle, but I’m just wondering if there’s a way to speed things up :)
