Just thinking: do you believe the amount of gains coming from an ADS could be strongly dependant upon the daily water intake?

And could it have effects upon the daily jelqing routine?

It’s definitely important to drink enough water during the day to keep your body from dehydrating.

A clear urine means a healthy water balance. Yellow urine means you need more fluid to you body.

As water being important to all cells in the body I would imagine it would only be a benefit in a cell dividing situation (ADS and jelqing).

While the importance of water is widely acknowledged upon this forum, I consider ‘strange’ how little it is discussed - and most of the times, just in relation to to the amount of semen produced.

I just kind of noticed that, when I drink more, even ADS and jelqing seem to produce stronger results.
Without a proper amount of water probably they aren’t truly effective, being the cell growth restrained.
The inconvenience in case of ADS is that, usually, they require some time to wear on and off, and this becomes tedious if drinking a lot you have to piss every now and then.

Anyway, if it’s true that a daily water shortage reduce the efficacy of PE, it should probably be more clearly stated in the newbie routine or so.
I’d like to see also a poll in the main member forum, asking for the amount a water assumed and the gains in the same period, to try verifying whether there really is a strong dependance or not.

I think alot of people drink less pure water than needed during the day, me included, and I see my piss is yellow quite frequently. Many beverages contain dehydrating substances, like coffee, tea, beer and soda - and will not contribute enough to the daily needed dose of pure H20. We sweat more than we like to think, and therefore forget to put that liquid back in causing us to dehydrate in not a noticeable way. This may very well have major impact on our growing limb.

I read a thread by a pirate related nicknamed poster who isn’t active on the forum anymore I think. He eulogised about the need of water and proper hydration. I tried it for a few weeks, and the difference was profound. Why I never kept this up I don’t know! Water me up.

Proper hydration, from the bodybuilder perspective, is .55 ounces per pound of body weight per day.

Example: 200lb x .55oz H2O = 110 oz. Of water per day to maintain proper hydration.

Hydrate today to prevent de-hydration tomorrow.

I thought having low amounts of water was beneficial for PE since ligaments contain water and when they are stretched the water is squeezed out, seems like they would be easier to stretch if less water had to be forced out of them.


PE Goal: 7.5" NBP x 5.8" MSG

.55 is a rule. I personally think 60 oz. Is sufficient.
