I Had a issue that I just got to the bottom of. I did some jelqing when I came home from the gym about a week ago and didnt wash up first. I figured I would do some jelqing then jump in the shower. I have a problem with hair growing on the bottom of my shaft so I have to trim it every couple of weeks. Anyone that has this problem knows it leaves hair follicules so it is easy to transfer bacteria. The next morning I woke up with a little boil on the bottom of my shaft where the hair follicules was. It sucked I had to take a week off from PE, so my advice for fellow newbies is to make sure you clean your hands before PE. The good news I measured my morning wood this morning and my girth is at 5” midshaft, a .5 inch bigger then when I started. My bpel is at 6.25, thats a slight improvement from 6.1. Now I’m guessing that after a week off that these gains are permanent?. I cant wait to see my measurements when I get it swolled up from a good stretching and jelqing session tonight. Im curious as to the reactions Im going to get tonight when Jessica comes over and Im fucking her face with a swolled up 5.25 midshaft;) .

Congratualtions on your gains. I agree hand washing is very important before touch your (or your woman’s) genitalia.

Thanks, I think i need to take better bpel measurements. I noticed you guys really jam that ruler in there. I dont press that hard, I might be 6.5 bpel and not even know it. Not that it would make a difference I want noticable length that I can use but Im going to check it out just to have accurate measurements. My boxing coach has me on a new diet so maybe I can some of that bpel length to show. We’ll see what happens.

I don’t press very hard because that metal ruler has sharp edges, a measurement shouldn’t hurt.

You probably don’t want to emulate my measuring since I made the mistake of going off center to avoid the suspensory ligaments.
I’ve been considering changing my measuring method to the top for awhile now.

Anyway once you do it a certain way you should do it that way consistently so you can track your gains.

Touching your penis after using weights in public gym? %-\ %-\ Serious hygiene problems, man.

After gym, my hands are dirty almost as if I just came from a coal mine. No way in hell would I touch my junk without washing them at least twice. Same goes for contact with any public surface (rails, door knobs, etc.). One or two bad experiences is enough to be paranoid for life.

I know I wasn’t always the most concerned with washing my hands after lifting. And I caught boils so bad I had to get a shot of penicillin for one that looked like a baby bird under my arm. I later slacked off on hand hygiene and caught MSRA in my lower lips and nearly died of infection. Now I have a scar (the chicks kinda like it) on my lower lip that’s never going away. The last time I didn’t see it as a big deal I caught typhoid fever, not sure if it was the gym but very likely, and had to be hospitalized for a week. Yeah that ruined my credit score for sure. Two more diseases and I’m pretty sure I get one named after me :D

I find gyms to be one of the most disgusting places you can be, short of a dirty truck stop bathroom. I don’t like touching any part of my body if I have been touching machines or weights. Must scrub scrub scrub before any of that.

Exactly. Huge amounts of people use those weights all the time, most of them don’t even wash their hands before or after using the toilet, there’s dirt and sweat all over the place and no one cleans the weights and other equipment at all. I don’t even want to know all the microscopic things that catch onto my hands after an hour of training.
