Warmup

Hey guys, was just wondering, does lazing in the bath for 5 to 10 mins count as a warmup/ warmdown?

It does count as a warm up but it is not very effective. Hot wraps or rice socks do a much better job at loosing the tissue in the penis.

I do part of my warmup in the bath when I get the chance. I would not count it as a full warm up though.

If you use a heating pad how long should you do a warmup?

The shower w/ body spays is my warm up. I point all the jets in that direction and get the water very hot. I thought this would count as a good warm up. Seems like it would be better than a hot rag, which doesn’t stay hot very long.

Reheat the cloth or rag everytime it loses heat. The wrag applies heat directly to the penis so it is very effective.
