I do the newbie routine, I’m wondering if I warmup correctly. Usually as a warmup I take a hot shower and I make sure that I get hot water running down my cock. Is that a satisfactory warmup to the routine needs or should I go back to the hot wrap? Also is it mandatory to kegel right after my warmup, stretch, jelq, and another warmup? I’m just wondering.

Shower is fine. That’s what I would use sometimes. If you are not sure, give your penis a stretch test. Give it a quick stretch before the shower, and then stretch it after you are done showering and have dried off. You should feel the penis “give” more in the stretch after the shower- if not, then you are either a) already loosened up, or b) not loosened up enough and this would require your own personal input.
