Is there any way to do a good warmup without needing any external heat source? For me, and probably many others, keeping PE secret can be very difficult and explaining rice socks, warm wet tovels and warm water bottles etc can be pretty hard. Wouldnt it be possible to do a proper warmup without any external tools? How about “rolling” the penis in between your hands for a few min, doing the helicopter and some stretching, massageing it etc? Would this be sufficient?

Get an infared lamp to warmup. But if you have parents or roommates asking you why you have 2 lamps on your desk? That would be less obvious than mysterious old socks filled with rice or wet hand towels everytime you leave the bathroom for a long time.

I think you could get gains without heat but if you suscribe to the theory that the collagen stretches more when heated you won’t get that effect. I use an electric heat pad. My girlfriend has seen it and I just said its for when my back is sore. Its pretty easy to wrap it around your dick and if anyone walks in you just say your back or legs are sore. Know one would see it and be like “aha you’re warming up your dick to stretch out the collagen aren’t you!”

I get the most stretch when it’s a hot and humid day and I’m sitting down on a chair relaxed and when I’m in my big flaccid state. During these times even if I don’t apply heat my unit is very pliable/stretchable and I’m now able to come close to stretching my unit to my NBPEL during these occassions. Other times I have trouble stretching my unit, even if I apply heat.

There really is no substitute for external heat, and whether you use IR or a microwaveable gel pack, you can always say you have read that it’s medically proven to help you stretch! You don’t have to tell them what you are stretching! :)

If you are stuck without a heat source, a few minutes of gentle low erection level jelqing before your main PE session will prepare the tissues by gently stretching the cell walls and increasing blood-flow, but it’s not as good as proper heating.

Portable heat lamps are great to warm up your hands on cold nights as well.

I would try to find a way to use rice socks instead of a heat lamp. There are stories of guys literally cooking their dicks beyond repair with a heat lamp. It only takes one bad incident for permanent damage. With the rice socks, I would try & find an excuse… like you’re heating an injury (e.g. back pain) or something else. Personally, I really prefer rice socks, since I can’t seem to get anything else to the perfect temperature (heat pads, clay & other items never worked well for me).

Ditto to what firegoat says.

“One bad incident” would have to be pretty bad. I had my dick touch it once and boy did I throw a kick back. I can’t imagine someone sitting there and letting their dick sizzle.

I’m pretty sure I read at least two different stories of people cooking their units severely. It might have been on another forum, so it would be difficult for me to go back & find links to the posts. I’ll try & remember this thread though, so if I find the source, I’ll post it here. I’m referring to things I read a few years ago, so I honestly can’t recall my source.

Wow, that’s so weird, because I’ve had a sore back for about 2 years now! (I use a similar excuse)
