I know that warming up before and after any routine is very important and in the past I have used a hot towel but the towel seems to get cold after a while. I was just wondering if its worth it to buy a heating pad. And one more question; When warming up, is it best to be erect and if so, what level.

Heating pad is key, at least with me. I still live with my parents and I powerlift as well, so I just keep our heating pad in my room beside my bed and claim is for my aching back after deadlifts. Also quick to warmup and doesnt get cold, well unless you turn it off.

Yeah I am always flaccid. I don’t know if it’s a requirment though.

i decided to go a cheaper route and just made a rice sock…how long do i leave it in the microwave for optimul heat?

Around a minute to a minute and a half, just make sure you are careful knowing what is best for you cause it does get hot.

I have found that the best way to warm up is to get in the tub and run hot (well as hot as you can handle) water over your dick for 5 minutes. No worrying about the towel being warm enough, re-soaking it, etc.
