Warming Up question

I need to know if I am doing the warm up right. Whenever I warm up I just put a rag under hot water and then wrap up until it cools and repeat. Is this the right way to warm up or do you guys recommend another way?

Well, Tman, it’s not the method, but the result that counts: your penis should be thouroughly warm and pliable before starting your workout.

Some guys PE during or after a shower, some use a cup of hot water, heating pad, rice sock, or commercial hot pack. Whatever does the job, and is most convenient.

Ok one more question. I just read about sparkx topic about why the PE process may not be working for people. I normally masturbate on the rest days or whenever I am horny. Should I break this habit and maybe just masturbate once a week or am I ok.

That is an effective way of warming up. If you don’t like it you could try a UV lamp or rice socks.

I concur with this 100%. I personally don’t like to masturbate a lot because I feel that I do it too rigorously sometimes and my penis becomes too worn for PE. Also sometimes ejaculating causes me not to either have the desire or get the right kind of erection necessary for my jelqing, as chrono said.

But what might work for me might not work for others. So experiment Tman. Don’t whack it for a couple of days and see if that makes your PE more effective then when you are masturbating. A lot of PE in the early stages - and probably beyond as well - is trial and error.
