Warming up in bathtub vs shower make that much a difference
Ok so the first few days I would normally warm up just by taking a shower. Then I would do my man stretches followed by jelqing using a lighter newbie version. My routine is 30sec stretch in every direction and I do 50 jelqs for now but will increase by 10 every 3rd workout. I really didn’t get a heavy hanging feeling after I was done but EQ and sex drive seemed better. Today I decided to sit in the bathtub for about 10 min and clean up that way. After I was done stretching and jelqing I wasn’t sore but definitely felt heavier. So is it just my body reacting differently or is heating up using a bath that much more effective? Do I need to maybe do more jelqs to get the sore and heavy feeling? Thanks for your responses.
