Warming up and down causes turtling/contracting?

I’ve read many times over how important it is to warm up before starting a PE session, just as you would want to warm up and stretch before a sport. So I warm up religiously for a solid ~15 mins before all my workouts using heating pads, and warm down for ~10mins after my session using heating pads. I’ve always noticed that my penis contracts/shrinks when it is being warmed up, and contracts/shrinks when being warmed down.

I’ve read on here that it is bad to let your guy turtle, so Im confused on this. It can’t possibly be bad to warm up and warm down.

If it’s to hot, your dick is going to turtle. Also, what kind of warm up technique are you using?

Sorry I forgot to mention that I was using heating pads to do so. Are they aren’t even hot, just very warm. I just did today’s session and actually they did zero contracting today..the warm up/down made it look nice.

Does turtling really effect anything

I’ve never warmed up for more than about 5-8 mins, as any longer then that and I start to get uncomfortable and turtle. I don’t warm down, I use a cold wrap- It seems to give me a better hang for longer.

I get a full/long flaccid hang when I warmup with either a hot wash cloth or IR light for 5 minutes.
