Warm Wrap after Jelq while hanging.
Of course using a warm wrap before any PE routine is required, but I have read in past posts that using a warm wrap after hanging is not benificial and could be counter productive to producing gains. I have also read that using a warm wrap after jelqing is very benificial. My question is about both. I have read in some posts by members that end their hanging session with a jelqing session and include that in their daily routine. Should a warm wrap be used after the jelqing session that immediately follows the hanging session or should that be avoided?
