Warm Ups

Is it OK to do PE w/o warm ups. I no it is recommended though. Anyone of you here who do not do warm ups?

I tend to skip more and more of them because of lack of privacy.

If you have time, do it, even a small warm up. But with that, you will prevent a lot of injuries. That’s the way of the consistency with PE.

My warms up is always on the shower, direct hot water and 5 minutes before jelq or pump, and after too.
