Hi all - new to this forum, and will post up measurements and goal when I find a tape in my flat!
Any how, I’m going to start the newbie routine this week, and what I wanted to know is;
Is it best for me to perform the routine when I get out of the bath? I figure that would work as the warm up (in place of a wrap), but then presumably, ill have to make my unit bone dry to stretch, then lubricate to jelq.
Do you think sitting in a bath for a while would mean a decent enough warm up?
