Hi all some months ago I started doing PE. I stopped in like 2 weeks I think. My problem? The warming up, I just turned 18 and I have a gf she never said something about my size but I would like to get some gains for myself. The problem here is my warming up when my gf sleeps next to my I can do my PE exersizes but I can’t go take a hot rise bag or warm up with water. Is there any other way to warm up good and do my exersizes safe.

I hope someone can help my, maybe someone who have had the same problem.

You can buy a rice sock or make one yourself. They are usually for neck/shoulder pain but you can put it on any part of your body. Put it in the microwave for 2 minutes and you are good to go.

I read a hot shower is good enough but make sure you stay in there a little longer

Yea I know the regular ways to warm of like shower, rise sock or hot wrap but I can’t go take a shower when my girl is sleeping next to my or go downstairs warm up a rise sock, which is also strange for my parents if I come down every evening to warm up a rise sock.

So maybe the idea of TonyThaTyga is the best to start light and increase slowly ?

If you can’t use any proper warm-up method, the best you can do is start with light jelqing, (which gently stretches the tissues circumferentially and longitudinally) and slowly build up the intensity to your normal working level. It really isn’t as good as actually raising the temperature of the tissues, which affects the extensibility of the collagen, but it’s a lot better than nothing!

So I have to start light jelqing? I want to start with the newbie routine again, so should I warm up with light jelqing and then start my stretches or start light stretching then stretch routine. Start light jelqing and than jelq routine and could down with light jelq?

What other adequate ways are there to warm up the penis properly then? Is a hot shower really enough for this, and how long would the hot shower on the penis have to last for?

I ask as I may be going to do a medical trial in a month or so and it’s going to be hard to find a microwave to heat a rice sock or to smuggle my kettle through the hospital bag search when I go in or find a electricity socket somewhere private in there. So I have similar concerns as kvdh has.

Anyone got any tips?

I use fowfers to warm up. I usually just browse these forums while sitting with my penis tucked between legs before my PE session, as I’m doing at the moment. It gives a light stretch and keeps my penis warm enough, so it works for me.

I will see if I can do that in hospital. Otherwise it will have to be warm water from the shower. My question is though, how HOT does the water have to be? Is hot water from the shower or tap adequate or should it be from water just boiled from the kettle and allowed to cool down so it’s just bearable on the penis?

But be sensible. You can cook hotdogs in hot water. You can cook your wiener in hot water. That would be too hot. Time is important as well as temperature. It takes 5 minutes to heat the tissues as deeply as you need to, (less time and you just heat the surface) so use a temperature you can stand fairly easily for that long.

IR is really the best heat source for this, but I don’t think that would really fit in with your stealth plan. So you are doing PE in a bed next to your sleeping girlfriend? That’s kinda incredible that you are not getting caught.

Best option: tell her and warm up properly. Would she freak out? I have told three girl friends and each of them has taken the news well and with some measure of support. My current girlfriend is almost fanatically supportive. She asks me how my hanging sets went everyday if she is not sitting right next to me when I do them. In my opinion, if you are honest, and she cares about you, she will at least accept what you are doing, and probably be supportive.

I agree with fowfers as a stealth warm up. I do them all the time to warm up and seems to really heat the little guy up.
