Hmmm, whilst looking for an infra red lamp, I came across some infra red lamps/massagers. Hand held devices where you can actually place it on your penis to get the infra red heat into it. Of course the massager would be switched off on the unit.

I just want to ask, what do people think of this idea? Would it be preferable to a normal IR lamp and would the direct heat on the penis work better - or is this a horribly disastrous thing to do which could cause catostraphic results to the penis? As the heat may be too direct?

What you guys think?

I’ve never tried one, but I’ve never heard anything particularly good about those sorts of machines either. It suggests you will feel benefit after 10-15 minutes, which suggests it is going to be weak. The temperature would have to be very limited to allow it to touch your skin anyway, and there’s no way you can jelq or stretch in front of it. I’d say it’s probably a waste of time gimmick.


Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

I only know I’m very happy with my IR lamp, you just plug it in and there is your thorough warm up . You can use it during your work outs since your hands are free. It’s not too expensive.

Perhaps the massager part is interesting, but you can massage yourself under the IR lamp, even though it may not be exactly similar .

So I used this yesterday for warming up, and heating throughout stretching and jelqing, and warming at the end of all this, whilst kegelling…

Not sure if it will succeed in heating me better than the shower water, and produce length improvement finally.

Don’t burn yourself, use the palm of your hand to feel whether you’re too close to the lamp or not .

Thanks. I need to cover up my surrounding body parts, especially my balls, to stop them from getting hot. But that IR still penetrates cloth.

Use white cloth. You don’t need to stay in front of it all the time. You can take short breaks from the heat, your penis will keep the warmth for a while. Leave it on and sit next to it before you need to.

How long you think one should warm up before and after doing penis exercises? I normally do 10 minutes, but last night as it was it’s first time I heated 20 minutes before and after.

(I still think about using a warm up mat or rice sock though. I wonder if the heat would penetrate more that way too)

IR lamp is great, warm up for 10 minutes or even a bit less, stay under the lamp and start jelqing or stretching.

To my knowledge rice sock isn’t better.

You don’t really need warmth after the session.

OK I’ll see how this IR lamp gets on. I hope it’s as good a heating method that there is.

Honestly do you think it will heat the penis a great deal better than shower water heat? I wonder if it will make all the difference to getting length gains or not - as I’ve got none since beginning in July.

The thorough warm up will help you gain if you have an adequate routine. Right intensity, exercises and frequency.

Hah. That in itself is a complicated science to get right. God knows if I’m doing that right now, or if not, how to go about getting it.
