Warm up without the mess
I’ve just re-started PE two weeks ago, so no point in talking about gains yet.
However, since I discover how important a good warm up is (it took me six weeks to fully recover from an injury due to no warm-up and too much exercise.ouch!) and I know how fiddly it can be, I though I’d share my newly found and very practical warm-up method with the forum.
Take two or more (depending on your length) tennis wristbands, soaked them in hot water and by the time you have squeezed the excess water out, they will be the perfect temperature.
Then, just slide them onto your penis one after the other and you’ll soon discover that not only they retain water without almost any leakage, but also, thanks to the cotton being elasticised, they always fit so tightly and completely around your penis (no matter how small you are!) that once you start exercising you really feel your penis COMPLETELY and UNIFORMLY warm and relaxed.also the feeling of sliding into something soft, tight, wet and warm is always nice ; )
