Warm-up without heat source?

Warm-up without heat source?

I am doing a bit of traveling for a couple of months, and none of the guesthouses so far have got hot water.

Is there an alternative way of doing a proper warm up without access to hot water or heat source?

What is your thoughts about massaging or gentle squeezing as an alternative to warm up? I don’t want to whack my wiener on my vacation, but I sure as hell don’t wanna stall PE for half a year.

What kind of guest house’s are you going too? I’ve back packed through some fairly out the way places any they’ve always had some way of boiling water? I’d get a thermos flask and either use the dip in glass method or buy a small hot water bottle to transfer the content of thermos into.

IMO you don’t really need a warm up for stretching. It might provide better results if the ligaments and tunica is pre-varmed and more pliable (but the data we have on that is that the structures have to be around 40 degrees Celsius which is hard to achieve even with a heat source) but you’re not likely to injure yourself if you stretch “cold”. As far as jelqing goes that’s another issue. I still think you can go without warmup as long as you work up in intensity, for example starting with Cheeva jelqs for a 100 reps or so and the progressing to higher erection levels.

I have never used heat and have had great gains, so do not labor over the aesthetics of the sport. Some things just get over hyped beyond recognition, but if you got to have it, you just got to have it.

If you’re in SE Asia I would have thought the ambient temp would naturally keep the blood flowing higher than in Sweden, I know it did for me going UK to warmer climes. I’d think find the privacy when living in such close company would be the greater challenge. But kudos for your commitment to the cause


Onward and updward

Try the Between the Cheek Stretch (BTC) (I forget the other name of it). I find it’s able to warm up my dick.

Fowfers are good warmups. Kingpole recommended them to me a while back and it is a great warm up, but it takes a while (15-20 minutes) to properly warm up using body heat. What you do is, you put your dick between the cheeks of your butt (BTC) and you lay down on your side, using your thighs and that entire area to heat up. Putting a small pillow or towel against your dick in this area tightly between your legs helps too. It really works and it will get you some gains as well. If you have access to a microwave which I seriously doubt you can use a microwavable heating pad which is the best way to warm up along with hot water, with the aladdin’s bottle method.

Cosign this. Now a days I only use fowfers for warmup, tuck the cock in and spend the next 15 minutes surfing thunders etc. untill the unit is ready for exercise.

When I lived in SE Asia, I found that it was quicker getting a proper warm-up than in the UK, because of the ambient temperature. It shouldn’t make much difference, but it did seem to! If you are travelling, just do a few minutes of light jelqs before your routine. They will gently stretch the tissues, increase elasticity, get some good bloodflow going etc.

And enjoy the cheapest dung-holes in SE Asia. I stayed in places with blood and snot running down the walls, and red-light areas with beds that hadn’t been changed since who knows when and…. well, I’m still here to tell the tale. I miss the food at the hawker centers so much too; you see five years worth of grease built up around the light switches, but the food is fabulous and you never get ill off it, so all in all SE Asia is a great place to be on a budget! I’ve wondered a bit about this BTC method. The way I understand it, you basically try to get your package as far back as possible. It doesn’t make that much sense to me; My balls really don’t like being squeezed, and I don’t see how I would get rid of them for this exercise. Anyone care to enlighten me, ‘cause I’m obviously not getting it. (I did a search, but I just got loads of results in the fantasy-category).

Also, Retainer: Did you miss all of the lovely hellish winter weather we’ve been having? Actually, I kind off like it, but I’m a northerner. And even then, that ceiling-collapse was just tragic.
