Warm up before clamping

Warm up before clamping

I know this may sound like a stupid question, but are you suppose to warm up before clamping? It didn’t say so in the instructions, I’m assuming it’s implied. But I read that some exercises can be done without warm up(stretching to name one), so would this be one of them?

You should warm up before stretching. And clamping.

You need to be very well conditioned before you start clamping, otherwise all you will do is toughen up your collagen quickly and make it very difficult to get any good long term growth. The injury risk is also very high indeed if the blood vessels haven’t been trained to cope with the pressure of clamping by doing at least three months of consistent jelqing.

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

I believe I’m more than ready for clamping. Although not consistent I’ve been jelqing on and off for the 2 years along with basic stretches. What I want to know is what exactly causes the collagen to toughen up?

Yes. You definitely need to warm up before clamping. Why wouldn’t you want to anyway?

Also you should stick with a steady jelq routine for a while before you start clamping. On and off for 10 years means nothing nevermind 2.

You have to be consistant in order to condition your penis properly. If you are going to go ahead and clamp be very careful.

Collagen is an adaptive tissue. You put a strain on it, it adapts to cope with that level of resistance.
If you go running, the cartilage in your joints that is subject to compression forces becomes more dense to cope. If you bench press, your pectoral tendons increase in their ability to handle tensile load. If you clamp, your tunica gets tougher to be able to stand the increased pressure.

If you have exhausted all the gains you can get from regular consistent jelqing to the point where you require sustained higher pressures, clamping is good. If you start clamping before you have exhausted all other gains, the tunica will become so pressure resistant in its adaptive process that you will struggle to get any gains without ‘extreme’ pressures and time. And the tissues have a ‘memory’ so even if you take an extended deconditioning break, the collagen in your penis will still toughen up again quickly when you re-start PE.
Successful long term PE is about doing the very least you can get away with doing, but most guys ‘want results now’ and screw up their long term gains by doing too much, too hard, too early.

I’ve tried clamping both with and without warming up.

For me warming up reduced injuries and skin damages by about 90%.

Warm up before any PE, you can’t go wrong an it only takes 5-10 minutes.

Also, I agree with Gentle Giant. I once forgot to warm up before clamping and there was a lot more temporary discoloration and red spots.

Yea, always warm up dude, you will avoid injuries this way. I’m sure your penis is not something you want injured.. Always play it safe!
