Warm up before ADS
My apologies if this has already been posted, I tried searching the forums to no avail. Should I be warming up before using an ADS? This is my second day using the ADS, and just want to know what to incorporate with it?
I am thinking about incorporating about 100 Jelqs into the equation, and of course, kegels. I haven’t PE’d in months but I figure if I take it slow with the ADS (only did 15 minutes yesterday, thinking about 30 today) and work my way up then it shouldn’t be too hard on my unit?
I’m using vitamin E oil for recovery, anything else that speads up recovery? I remember seeing a thread about it but couldn’t locate it. Any input appreciated!
