Warm up and stretching

Do I have to warm up for stretching? I would like to do stretching during the day, everyday. Would that be jumping the gun too much or anything?

Ya man definitely warm up! I didn’t warm up one time about a week and a half ago and I had those small purple dots that lasted for about 5 days!

I think I relate working out and PE a little too much. I would never think of warming up for a stretch with other muscles. Thanks though man.

I read somewhere at this forum, when you urinate, it will slightly warm-up your unit a little bit, especially if you drink lot of water before. So whenever you pee, do PE, stretch in any directions and hold for 1 minute.

If you are not in such a hurry to pee, put your hand into your pocket, and play a little bit your glans, so it will slightly expand, after you pee, do PE, jelq 15x3 secs.

Just keep your unit do light work all the time.

In my opinion warming up is questionable. I never warmed up myself, never got a injury and belong to the select group of quick, big gainers. And I am not the only one.

Its depend on few factors, like force applied or time of exercises. Some units are probably naturally conditioned (see Bird2 post), and capable to survive hardest sets without injury, some aren’t. Few minutes of warm-up before some substantial exercises didn’t ruin your plan, but should minimize risk of stretch marks etc. Safe PE is successful PE, believe me…

I’m not sure where I stand regarding this. On one hand the heat makes the tissues more pliable, but on the other hand it takes up time, especially if you do multiple smaller sessions each day and heat brings more blood to the penis and I want my penis 100% flaccid when I do my stretches.

Put ice before stretch so it will be 100% flaccid, and heat it before jelq..Just kidding

Is there a poll around here about who does warm up and how much they have gained? This way we’ll be able to know more about the benefits of warming up before PE.
