Warm up an warm down issue

Hi, guys!

Since I´m doing the Newbie´s Routine I´m having a little problem.

For privacy reasons, in 2 of the 5 days of routine per week, I just can´t warm up properly (mainly bath…) and simple have no possibility to warm down.

I just finish my first month and had gains of 0.15” of length and 0.13” of girth.

After doing the NR and start a 5 days routine this problem will end, but until then, I´ll have to keep the 2 days on, 1 day off schedule.

My question is:

- will this issue hold back gains too much?

There are many threads on this site from many of us who believe it is better to cool down. Not warm down. So don’t worry you really don’t have to.

2017: BPEL 6.8" / MSEG 5.3" / BG 6"

SonnyC, I know warming up is very important, but like I wrote, my question is more about those 2 days (of 5) I can´t warm down…! hopeful2hanglow wrote that some think that cool down maybe better.

So, I ask again: - Will the 2 days I can´t warm down slow down to much my gains, or impede them?

Cool down instead of warm down

Cool Down - YES You NEED It!
