Hey guys-

So I’ve been PEing for awhile now, with great results. The only thing I am concerned about is the debate between using either warm or cool temperatures to end a PE session. Anybody here know the difference between the two and which one is recommended?

I would say a warm down is the most used one and recommended.

If you jump in the shower after a workout why don’t just do both, been doing it lately switching 2- 3 times between hot and cold.
It is quite good for the body as a whole since you force fresh blood in and out that way and the flaccid hang afterwards was quite good also.

Personally cool down. I have experimented both, was doing warm down since I first heard/started PE all the way back in middle school. Read about cool down about a month ago and it worked better for me as in boosting my gains slightly. However everyone is different.

Start:7.5 BPEL X 5 MSEG

Goal: 7 MSEG

Sounds to me like you don’t need to change anything. If it ain’t broke, don’t try to fix it.
