Wanting to shape up
Hey folks, I’m just getting serious about PE. I’ve been doing stretches here and there for about a year, and have noticed fl differences, but this is the first time I’ve kept track from a starting point. So far he’s: fl 5.5, BPFSL 7.5, BPEL 7.25, EG 5.25. Not huge by any means but not a bad starting point, either. My long term goals are BPEL 8.5, and EG 6.25.
My questions to the more experienced posters:
Should I focus more on girth than length?
Does the Ballzinger contraption work for erect firmness?
What about extender devices?
