Re-starting PE again, have done some on/off again over the past probably five years, the longest probably for six months consecutive with what I thought were good results. I’ve been doing hot wraps, manual stretches, and wet jelqs a few times a week, not so much on a regular schedule or set routine but when I have time and can invest in it. I think that approach has helped because over the past probably six weeks I’ve been fairly consistent in getting in two or three sessions. A partner of mine has noticed a difference, which I take to be the best indicator of progress. He has said three times in a row over the past couple weeks that it looks bigger and is harder than has ever seen it. I’m not focusing on trying to get exact measurements either. The biggest I ever measured was around 7.75 by 5.55 probably five years ago after doing PE pretty solid for six months. I don’t think I’m back to that yet but moving towards it, and if can stick with this I don’t see why I can’t eclipse that this year in 2014. Would love to make a few PE buddies to check-in with and help keep each other motivated.

Welcome back to the PE game, Vjock97! I think that you’ll find that consistency will play a huge role in your success. Hopefully, you’ll be able to develop that with the help of the guys here. Just checking in here and reading posts and staying in contact will be beneficial. And the stats you mentioned are really quite large so it looks like you’ve got a good starting point.

Thanks for the encouragement. I think checking in on here and reading posts will keep me motivated.

Goal for today is to do a hot wrap for about 5 minutes, then stretches in each direction for 10 seconds each, hot wrap again for a couple minutes, then 100 wet jelqs.

Excellent! This is definitely the best indicator. My oft-repeated “awesome moment” was when my wife reached under the covers a couple months into PE and said “Whoa! You’re huge!” At that point, specific metrics had little importance. No; sorry: zero importance. Congratulations: you get it :-)

Just met my goal for the day that I entered a little bit ago. Felt great.

Thanks, I definitely will. I like that this time around I’m not focusing on numbers, etc and just back to basics. Hot wrap, stretch, jelqs. Do it a few times a week. Take care of your body with exercise, diet, and rest for best results. This is not rocket science! Thanks for the encouragement.

Today just did a hot wrap for a few minutes. Having really nice wood last couple of days. I’ll do full routine tomorrow.

Yesterday I did 100wet jelqs in shower after a hot wrap. Today I am just doing a hot wrap for 10m or so. Am having some raging wood, looks fuller and ‘plump’ I think.

Planning to do full routine today. Still having great EQ. Might have trouble with jelqs and not getting too hard since I have not cum for 3 days now.

Doing well sticking to the program. Like I posted before though, I’m not doing an ultra specific routine. I think that way my odds of still doing PE and having gains a year down the road are better than a burst of activity for a few weeks, then discouragement if I forget or don’t have time. Basically for now I’m trying to do a hot wrap daily for 5-10minutes and then jelqs, usually about 100, about every other day with some stretches in each direction for 10seconds most times before I jelq. Having good EQ since I restarted, varies a bit some days but no question better than say a month ago, always.

Just finished today’s routine: hot wrap warmup, 150 wet jelqs, hot wrap again.

EQ seems good today, wasn’t as good as had been yesterday. I think will just do hot wrap and some stretches today. Didn’t cum yesterday, trying to go a day or two without each time. Continue to welcome any advice or comments, and hope can make a few buddies to keep each other on track. Thanks.
