my name is Tyler. I’m 22 years old, new to this forum and to pe in general. A link to a natural penis enlargement web site made me aware of the possibilites of enlarging your penis (permanently) without pills, surgery, pumps…

I’ve read a few threads in this forum and some faq’s about methods like jelqing, uli stretch and so on but find don’t know really where and how to start, since there are so many methods and ways to practice them.

I need some suggestions from you about an appropriate complete training plan for my specific case.

I measured my penis and came upon the following values:
Erected Length: 5,3”
Erected girth: 4,7” (at the largest spot, at the beginning of the glans, but does not vary a lot)

My goals are to add some length (up to 2” if possible?) and also girth (1” ?).

Or what goals do you find realistic for me and in what time?

Can I expect the results to be permanent or do i have to pe all my life?

You might want to start by checking the Newbie Forum. If you look at the sticky threads at the top, one of them is called “Newbie Routine”. That is a good basic beginning routine for most guys to use. Over time, you will have to increase the duration/intensity of your routine as your tissues become harder to stretch. Keep an accurate measurement of your gains, and you will know when it is time to alter your routine. Adding 2 inches is possible, but it is hard to say how long it would take. If you read the Progress Reports/Personal Routines, you will notice that pretty much everyone responds differently to PE. Also, check out Size’s PE Database as there is a listing of the progress many men have made with PE. It’s probably a good idea to read Bib’s LOT Theory thread and the sticky threads in the Newbie Forum. After reading those threads, you will have a good idea of how to make your own routine. As for the permanency of PE, after a certain amount of time in a given state collagenous tissues lose their elasticity and are permanently deformed (viscoelasticity).

I thank you very much first for all the information. I’ll check these threads and sites one after another thoroughly.

There is a site called that pretends to be the #1 natural PE site. What do you think of such websites? Can I suppose that the information spread through this forum is at least as good ? Or maybe even more up to date and sophisticated because of the experience of thousands of forum contributors?

I’ve read about several devices one can buy for jelqing and stretching. Can these be recommended or is manual training the best thing to do?

Furthermore is weight hanging a good idea if you look at the risks ? Can you replace weight hanging by another kind of more healthy and secure routine?

Further ideas to this thread are welcome.


Welcome Tyler. I’m just like, I just started PE’ing a couple weeks ago. My advice, start with the newbie routine. It is quite daunting, I know, but look at Galdolf’s video series (do a search, you’ll find it) on how to do basic manual exercises. Weight hanging, and stretchers etc. have their place, but you have to condition your weiner first. So I suggest, read the newbie routine, and start on that. Watch the video on how to do it correctly.

While doing the routine, just read the forums daily, checking out new posts, and when you see something you don’t quite understand, do a search for it, and many posts will come up, most likely one that explains everything. If that doesn’t work, then you can ask questions, and clearly state that a search didn’t turn anything up.

Once you’ve found the information, then you can decide if that new excercise is for you or not. But stick with the newbie routine for at least a month, or maybe even two if you are getting good gains. You never know, your dick might grow like a fucking weed with basic techniques. If it doesn’t, then look to expand.

i’ve found Galdolf’s videos that might help a lot. I was starting this thread because when you discover this forum (that I find excellent btw) you’re overwhelmed by the flood of information, knowing that many infos might redundant and since I don’t want to waste any time, I was just asking for a clear routine to follow in the beginning. Indeed, I’m quite impatient to see significant results, so I need an efficient program.

Tyler, I didn’t see much difference after the first month, and was a little skeptical that this would even work at all.

Then, after the second month, there was no mistaking that I was indeed getting bigger.

Four months, 0.75 inch in length and 0.3 inch in girth later, I am now a believer and am in it for the long haul.

But you know, 0.75 inches growth over 4 months is virtually nothing on a weekly basis. The growth at that rate is barely perceptible on a weekly basis. Even though I gained .25 inch the first month, I still wasn’t convinced this stuff was working. I thought maybe the .25 difference was an illusion, that I was just measuring differently. It took a full half inch gain, after my second month, to really convince me that I was, indeed, getting bigger.

The same situation exists even more so with girth.

Yet the millimeters add up over time.

My advice (after only 4 months of PE, so I’m no expert) is to not be “quite impatient to see significant results”, as this will most likely lead to frustration and disappointment. Aim for slow but steady improvement. Most of the big gainers here say that a permanent gain of 2 - 3” is going to be about a 2 year investment.

Start with the newbie routine. Maybe it will work for you, maybe it won’t. Whichever, it is important to start with this routine in order to condition yourself for the new stresses that you are putting on your penis.


It took me 1 and 1/2 months before I saw my first gains. So remain patient in the beginning, and search for a routine that will work best for you. Do some research, find out your LOT, and use that to help with your stretching. Best wishes.
