I want to know what is the best exersice to get the penis bigger and fatter also, which is the fastest, is it the jelq? Also what other exercise can make a penis get a harder erection?

Welcome to the forum, Robert :) Listen to Springer240 — that’s the safest and most effective routine for PE newbies. It should make your dick longer, fatter, and harder. Be careful not to focus too much on speed with PE. Treat it like a race, and you’ll wind up with a completely destroyed penis. You must be patient and expect gains to come only after months of effort.

Listen to both the guys above. Jelqs are to PE what squats are to power training; they are the ‘king of exercises’. But their effectiveness can be aided by a bit of stretching and some heat, hence the carefully constructed Newbie Routine. Take it easy and ‘grow with the flow’ rather than trying to push it for the first 2 or 3 months.

JELQUING, JELQUING, JELQUING!! Listen I started with jelquing and gained .5 in length and .5 in girth. (And great veins and great overall looking dick) I then decided (like a dumbass) that: “hey that was good but maybe vacuum hanging will be better I gave that a try and went too much and ended up giving my self a blister than left me with a scar on my glans. It is like 1/8” diameter and it pisses me off. Also my urethra opening looks a little beat up.

I was a dumbass. Don’t be like me what you need to do to build a great dick is Stretching before jelquing, then jelq, then clamp, and have an ADS like Monkeybar’s autoextender for nearly every other hour of the day.

That is the perfect routine after one or two months on the newbie routine. End of Story

I think it would be, from what I recall it’s called ultimate jelqing. It’s basically a normal jelq but as soon as you complete one rep you quickly use the other one in a continuous flowing manner. I have obtained fairly good gains from this alone. I do all my jelqs like this.
