Thanks! I know, I already completely bottom out. I have to go slow and work it inside before I can pick up speed. If I go to quickly off the bat, I can feel myself hit her cervix. As twisted as it sounds, I wouldn’t mind a bit more length, as once she’s accommodated to my penis, I can go entirely inside of her.

To maximise gain potential you should start gently and progress gradually over the course of many months to more intense exercises. That means the beginning of your girth orientated program may only be increasing your erection quality when you jelq, from 20-40%, to 40-70%. That alone should start to get your girth moving up.

I suggest when you start clamping, you begin with manual clamping (using your fingers as a clamp), and only for short periods of time (1 minute for example). Then you could add in O-bends which are great for girth gains if you can do them with the perfect erection level (very engorged yet malleable and non-rigid). Then you would progress to some gentle erect squeezes such as Ulis. Start very gently and gradually increase intensity over months.

Eventually you will want to be on a full clamping/pumping routine with other intense girth exercises like Horse 440 squeezes.

Be careful with your unit above all else!

yeees! I started with 50% erect jelqs, I currently train at 70/80% dry jelqs and I’m seriously thinking in adding some jelq squeezes to the routine

I’ve been jelqing sort of strangely I suppose. I start flaccid, and jelq until I’m hard, I wait until my boner subsides, then I start again. Is this strange? I mean, I’m forcing blood into my penis, shouldn’t it slowly get harder? I’m not sure how I could jelq purely at one erection level.

I say you pump before sex as often as possible and wear a cock ring. If she’s cool with it then it’s a good way to gain girth and have a tonne of fun without having to dedicate time to set routine each day/week.

You sound motivated for PE. However, as someone who’s been around for a while, a couple of points of advice:

1. Do PE for YOU and never anyone else. There’s no need to put that kind of pressure on yourself.

2. Take it easy, especially with the girth exercises and especially in the beginning. Pumping, clamping and bends are exercises that require quite the experience before beginning. Mainly because when you have the experience it’s easier to read the signs you get from your dick (are you over working, etc). Just start slow, don’t do monster clamping sets from the start, etc. You get the idea.

Other than that, good luck and it sounds like a fine gal you’ve found :) .

Hey Cirrow, it took me a while before I started doing PE everyday. I conditioned my unit to being tougher then it originally was. It takes many months of clamping to do it everyday. I remember when I first started clamping it was intense. I would do it every other day or something. I didn’t start gaining a lot untill I did it everyday; it won’t necessarly be like that for you or others since everyone is different.

19052010: Don’t use the small clamp. That thing is way too small for any penis, it is a micropenis. For the medium size clamps, what you do is you put padding material inside the clamp, like a strip of mouse pad or felt adhesive strips that go under furniture is what I used, which work great; this will make the clamp tighter for you.

I know what your saying about the clamp being too big without padding because when I first started I found it slightly a little to big because I would be able to use all the notches on the clamp.
