Hey all, I am a long time reader of the PE forums but a first time poster. I have messed around with PE on numerous occasions but have never been fully committed. I plan on starting today with the newbie routine but I have a couple of questions first.

I was wondering what everyone’s opinion on Penis Enlargement pills are? Are they a waste of money? Will they speed up the process? I would obviously take them while doing PE, so I want to have some opinions about them.

Secondly, I find my grip slips while doing stretches. What are some methods to improve my grip?

Lastly, what do you all recommend for gains in girth? What type of exercises etc.

You won’t gain from pills alone but they might be good as supplement, especially for girth exercises because of better blood flow to the penis.

For better stretching grip you should try grasping with toilet paper (I use it), baby powder or latex gloves. Find out what is best for you.

For girth exercises do search on horse squeezes, Uli exercise, clamping etc. But if you are newbie first stick to newbie routine for a good while.

Goin4Length, that may be true, you can check out the Supplement reviews forum on this website and check it out for yourself. Pills wont give you gain, but they MIGHT be able to assist you in PE by improving blood flow, libido, etc.

I want to mention how crucial diet is though. A healthy balanced daily diet can be just as effective as some pill when it comes to assisting you in PE. Exercise to keep your heart healthy (which provides you the pump for blood flow), and keep your mind healthy so that you never get down on yourself when you aren’t gaining. These type of health improvements easily out-do pills in effectiveness - but again I suppose pills couldn’t hurt IF YOU COULD GET THEM FOR CHEAP, THEY AREN’T WORTH THE HIGH COST.

Oh wait… someone else already said that… so here are some add-ons:

1) Forget the pills, creams, and patches. If you really want to throw money away I’ll give you my Paypal info and you can just send it to me.

2) It will take some time to “feel it out”, but don’t worry, it will come. You can also try a square of toilet paper for grip. Same advice on Jelqing too: be patient, it takes time to find your technique.

3) Don’t worry about girth or length. The only things I would watch for at your stage are EQ (erection quality) and injury avoidance.

Goin4length or determined2gain any recommendations on cheap pills that would help in the things you mentioned? Not saying I will buy them, but I would like to look into it a little more ( Believe I know most of it is BS, but maybe it would help mentally? If it does nothing else.)

What if. Like some have said, you have a “big dick” with a “small dick” mentality. So you are doing your foreplay,

With the “bigger one”, even I noticed that sometimes I cannot last as long due to too much stim, and I’m worry about how the walls are hitting me VS how I am hitting the walls.

Any stretches good for girth without the aid of equipment.? That shit looks a little painful tbh.

Those pills have active ingredients that will improve EQ. But at a very high price. I would just drink pomegranate juice and you would likely get the same effect as those really expensive penis pills.

Also physical fitness improves EQ. If you have poor erection quality or ED you may want to try Ginkgo Biloba or Arginine. Which can be purchased at WAl MART for a fraction of the price of penis pills. Also they don’t have high enough dosages to get the job done. So it is all gimmick and little results.

Just do the newbie routine, you have plenty of shit to figure out with that anyway.

And cut back on junk food, then half the battle for good nutrition is one.
