Want more length!!

Just finished with the newbie routine, and looking to gain some length.

Where to go now? Bathmate, extender, hanging combination ?? I’d love another 2 inches, but I’d be thrilled to gain 1 :)

Where should I go from here?

If you have exhausted the Newbie Routine then I would suggest you research hanging. Extenders are known to produce length gains as well. Pumping would not be my first, second, or third option if I were trying to gain length.

If I’m reading right you gained over a half inch in three months which is great! Congratulations on your progress so far! :)

If you want to grow as consistently as possible, I’d say stick with what’s working until it stops working, then try something new.

Not very exciting advice, I know.

I’m not a gambler, but I wouldn’t get up from a table during a winning streak just to try out the fancy slot machines. ;)

I’m really not sure if they’re real gains or EQ? Although I’d venture to think the gains are real because my EQ sucks unless I’m in the wife. It’s difficult to get a good measure as a result.

Have to echo and agree with cantlook for sure, and he said it better than me, but if you’re gaining, the last thing in the world you want to do is change your routine. No one says the newbie routine is not something you can’t do for 6 months a year or more. If you’re gaining, keep going, don’t change a thing.

I haven’t pulled out the ruler again, but after my wife teasing me to no end last night I had an 11/10 EQ. I’m growing, really tempted to measure last night, but not interrupting a love session, and not in front of the lady. It feels like I’m not gaining length and am gaining girth now. My penis seems the same length but thicker. I don’t want to get carried away with girth and have it hurt gaining length. If I was able to change it up where should I go?

Right now I dedicate 45-50 minutes in the morning. I was doing my routine in the evening, but I’d have real shitty EQ for a couple hours and wasn’t able to perform for the wife. These are my constraints.

I get up at 5 am have about an hour of privacy. I can probably steal 45 minutes in the evening, but am leery of destroying my EQ later.

I was thinking of an extender, but can I actually wear that all day at work?

You never fisnish with the newbie routine! You use it as a foundation to build on. Try adding some V stretches to it for variation. :)

Could somebody then please rename the Newbie routine in order to set this clear. Near the end of my Newbie 3 months I thought too I should modify something - but my gains are there so why modify the routine…

Maby we should call it Basic Routine or Universal Routine or Classic Routine. Newbie has some Greenhorn connotation going with it.

Isn’t there a PE- buddy with some marketing background who could create a fancy name which keeps the people to the NR as long as it is working.

I would call it the ‘Foundation Routine’ but there are a gazillion posts on the forum talking about the ‘Newbie Routine’, so it has to stay as Newbie, whether it is appropriate or not.

I think I’ll be sticking to manual for a while!

I’ve added bundled stretches in each direction, and LAS. I think I had a lig pop today stretching down, freaked me out a bit! I’ve been really fatigued today. I’ll see how this goes, I really need to figure out a better heat source than the shower.

Agreed. IR lamps don’t seem that easy to get in the USA, but microwaveable hot/cold gel packs are easy to get, and very effective over a damp cloth.

I’ve been thinking of getting a IR lamp. It would be great if I could find a mountable unit of sorts. Is it reccomeded to use for the whole PE session, or just a warm up?

I’m thinking of hanging, but before I spend the money on equipment I’m reading away here.

From what I’ve read so far its recommended to hang 3 sets of 20 minutes with 10 minutes in between. With warmup, wrapping, and getting set that’s over an hour and a half. My current routine I do first thing AM and get ready for work. I spend about 45-50 minutes on PE right now, and really can’t figure out how to get more time in. I really like doing my PE in the morning, as it kills my EQ for a while, and doing PE in the evening was really straining my love life. So would this be enough time? Has anyone had decent gains without living with weights hanging from their dick all day?

Not in my case. First heating device I tried to use was a heated gel pack. Its horrible, these gel packs are supposed to be used as cooling down, not warking up, the heat fades away way too quickly. Soft cloth didn’t work for me either: heat fades away quick. Im gonna shoot for the rice sock and then the IR lamp. If nothing works, Im thinking about hunting down a heating pad wherever I can find in this big ass planet we live… If all else fails, Im gonna stuff myself inside the oven and then I want to see the heat fading away!!
