So I dry jelqed for the first time today, since I’m uncut I heard it be easier, I grabbed the middle of the shafted and brought it down to the base and slowly squeezed up, then back down fast, the glans got really red and hard, right after I was done with the dry jelqs my penis looked really plumped, is this a good sign?

Looks like.

Do not forget that dry jelqs stress much more the penis than the dry ones, so be sure to cut down the reps to one third of those suggested in the newbie routine.

Yes, it is a good sign. Two important things: never feel pain and back down when you arrive 1/2 inch before the glans.

Firegoat said don’t jelq downward, your internal structures aren’t meant for that.
