Wanking after newbie routine

Just started doing a newbie routine again..

Finding flaccid gains and better erections. Sometimes I’ll have a wank after doing my routine, just wondered if this is a bad thing. I have noticed that if I masturbate for 15 mins solid after my routine my flaccid size improves for the next day or two and my erection strength improves. Is this my imagination? Am I risking anything?

So long as you do it after your routine it’s fine. I basically always do. I think if you don’t masturbate for awhile you don’t think about sex so much so don’t get erections so easy maybe.

From what I’ve heard, doing it after is okay, and even before IF doing it doesn’t make you too “not in the mood” to follow through with your routine.
