Good. I am saying that because you are using an extender there is no need for stretches. You can stretch a little pulling left, right and up just to be sure that you are hitting every spot. Jelqing will give you a nice boost. Never quit jelqing.
As for the programm, I can not suggest anything.Everyone is different. You must find your sweet spot. So you must give it some time and do trials. Here is what.
6 weeks of, 5 on 2 off. Not very heavy programm. Stop for a week. See what happens. Same with a little heavier programm. Stop for a week, see what happens. 2on 1 off, 3 on 1 off. Medium program, always refering to reps or time of coure. Stop for a while, see what happens. You get my point.
No need to say that if you observe gains, stick to that programm until you reach a plateau. Then change it a little. By that time you ‘ll have figured what works for you.
If you want something more specific.You can try the linear routine finish it and then the newbie routine. Finish it. After that you decide what’s best for you.
