Hello I’m relatively new to PE. I started approximately 4 months ago with sizegentics extender, wearing it at least 5 hrs a day for 2 months. I made no.. And I mean NO gains whatsoever. So I began to research and I started hanging on the 6th of July 2015.. I’ve already gained 1/4 inch in NBPEL

.I plan to start a log and keep everyone updated on my progress with very in depth day to day workouts. I love this forum and I’m so happy to see something that is working.. Good luck to all on your endeavors.

Start jelqing, Follow the newbie or linear routine. Exclude the stretching from your routine as the extender usage is a substitute to that. You ‘ll be huge in a year from now. Play your cards right and never lose patience.

Hey thank you very much for your advice.. I have a 6 -7 LOT not that the theory is concrete or anything, but that’s where I am. So what you are saying is stop the hanging and SO and SU manual stretches and just stay with jelqing strictly? If so could you point out a good program for me, and if you think I should stay with some manual stretches then what do you think I would benefit most from. I’m at 6.5 NBPEL right now and I want to hit 8 in the next 2-3 years. I’m never going to loose determination. I’ve seen the gains and I’m a believer.

Good. I am saying that because you are using an extender there is no need for stretches. You can stretch a little pulling left, right and up just to be sure that you are hitting every spot. Jelqing will give you a nice boost. Never quit jelqing.

As for the programm, I can not suggest anything.Everyone is different. You must find your sweet spot. So you must give it some time and do trials. Here is what.

6 weeks of, 5 on 2 off. Not very heavy programm. Stop for a week. See what happens. Same with a little heavier programm. Stop for a week, see what happens. 2on 1 off, 3 on 1 off. Medium program, always refering to reps or time of coure. Stop for a while, see what happens. You get my point.

No need to say that if you observe gains, stick to that programm until you reach a plateau. Then change it a little. By that time you ‘ll have figured what works for you.

If you want something more specific.You can try the linear routine finish it and then the newbie routine. Finish it. After that you decide what’s best for you.

I have your nbpel and I am about 7 bpel perhaps 7.1-7.2 on a very good day but 7 is more common.Cemented.
