Vitamins & Supplements to help gains

So I have been starting to take supplements for Cognitive function, and going over the ingredients. I started to see that almost all the ingredients increased blood flow in some way, and after doing some research. It seems this could help for penis health as well and help with the gains from PE, so on my list of vitamins and supplements I will start to take.

1. L-Arginine

L-arginine, or arginine, is an amino acid found in red meat, poultry, fish, and dairy products that helps expand blood vessels and increase blood flow. “The body uses this semi-essential amino acid as the primary building block for nitric oxide,” explains Harry Fisch, M.D., clinical professor of urology and reproductive medicine at Weill Cornell Medical College/New York Presbyterian Hospital.

2. Vitamin B3 (Niacin)

A daily dose of niacin improves erectile function, particularly in men with high cholesterol, according to a 2011 study in The Journal of Sexual Medicine. The vitamin helps increase blood flow and reduce inflammation—one of the underlying causes of both high cholesterol and erectile dysfunction. “Vitamin B3 is also used to make sex hormones and other important chemical-signal molecules,” says Fisch. Like many of the others on our list, this tablet is most powerful when taken in conjunction with others: A cocktail of propionyl-L-carnitine, L-arginine, and niacin taken for three months improved 40% of erections in a study from researchers at Sapienza University of Rome in Italy.

4. Ginkgo Biloba

Ginkgo is an herb long used in Chinese medicine to improve blood flow and oxygen to the brain. There isn’t much research on its erection influence in humans, but a 2011 study analysis in Neuroscience found that an extract of Ginkgo biloba leaves did increase the activity of dopamine in rats’ brains, thereby improving their erections.

The herb is particularly effective for those whose willy woes are based on other medications: An older study from the University of California found ginkgo biloba is 76% effective in treating sexual dysfunction caused by antidepressants. “Gingko helps counteract sexual dysfunction caused by certain antidepressants called SSRIs by blocking serotonin activity in the erectile centers of the brain, ultimately leading to better synthesis and bioavailability of nitric oxide,” Walker explains.

So these all look like good vitamins to be using, any other suggestions?

Things that I’ve taken:

*Black Maca
*200:1 Tongkat Ali - My personal favourite but extremely costly
*Tribulus - Cheap and good for short term weight training performance
*Horny Goat Weed - Did nothing for me
*Saw Palmetto - Good for keeping the prostate in check
*Swedish Flower Pollen - Good for prostate health (Guys reported an increase in semen volume)

There are a few other ones that I’m order to try out but will report that on my personal thread when I’m done testing it out. Starting Dec 3, I will be going on a parasite cleanse because I believe that the reason why I’m not responding well to some of these supplements because the parasites are absorbing majority of the benefits of those supplements. This will take me about 1 month to conclude my experiment on myself.


Current: BPEL - (Before 6.8' - 7') (Now 7' - 7.25')

Current: MSEG - 4.80' - 5.2'

Goal: 9x6

I’ve taken these supplements and can’t say they helped me at all.

Goes without saying that they mostly won’t matter if you have a balanced diet and stay in shape, but I see no problem in at least trying Arginine if that’s all it does.

Okay, here is a list that has proven results for sexual performance and/or drive. May I note, these are also very good for exercise and your general health. I take these myself and definitely think they help considering iam horny and ready to go all the time and again and again.

-Vitamin D (not only sex drive, but helps with depression and health)

-L-arginine but I prefer, citrulline-malate. Difference is our body naturally converts the citrulline into L-arginine and we actually take in a higher content into the bloodstream once passing through the intestines and liver compared to taking just L-arginine. As well, the citrulline form has shown to stay in your bloodstream and system for longer periods of time when converted as opposed to the L-arginine.

-ZMA (zinc, magnesium and vitamin B6) helps sustain and increase testosterone, aids in increased REM (better sleep) as well as muscle and overall recovery. (Which is needed after PE sessions in order to grow)

-Multivitamin
Even if you eat very healthy, if you have a small deficiency in one area, these will help back you up, if not give you extra amount if needed anywhere else. When your body is equipped with what it needs, you will receive maximum efficiency, thus your best results for growth.

Hope this helps a bit! Oh and fish oil I highly recommend as well! Has many, many benefits.

L-arginine- 1000mg-3000mg a day
OR
Citrulline malate- 4000mg-8000mg a day

ZMA- standard serving for men

Multi vitamin- standard serving for men

Fish oil- 2000mg-3000mg a day

Also, forgot to mention Lysine!
I take 1000mg a day, but 500mg is good as well. Promotes growth as well, very good for the skin. Helps with protein synthesis.
