Vitamin E? Blood circulation

Has anyone experienced taking Vitamin E to help with PE, or niacin ? WOULD it help?

I figure with the exercises, if it doesn’t hurt you why not?

I used jojoba oil that is rich of vitamin E, I rode somewhere in the net that helps re gen cells and make thicker skin, plus, have a great absorption coefficient to the skin.

I used for a month more or less, and I can say I reduced the injuries (because also soften the skin and penetrate deep).

For the gains I can’t say anything, I was in a intensive session never tried before, so I can’t compare.

I noticed something when I was using vitamin e body oil, a few months back I had to take a lot of vitamin pills mostly vitamin c and d. I noticed the combination of taking thing these and putting the oil on I was getting full erections extremely faster I mean within 10-15 seconds instead of like 20-30 seconds. I don’t know if that exact combination was causing this but I do know that vitamin e oil will help with a lot of thing especially you’re skin and I mean any skin on you’re body it even helps git rid of stretch marks. I mean you could definitely use it as a lubricant well doing you’re exercises which is what I did in the past and I am going to start using it again when I purchase another bottle, so if you notice it helping you’re blood circulation or if you notice it is giving you better gains then certainly use it.

I know Vitamin E oil is definitely amazing for the skin - I used to use it to treat acne scars and stuff. Worked very well.

However, I was looking for something that maybe increases the size of blood vessels (allowing more blood to flow through) or something.. Just curious.

If anyone else has something to say/add, feel free!

Vitamin E is sometimes used as a blood thinner. Accordingly, it reportedly will improve blood flow which could possibly aid with PE. However, excess vitamin E (over 1,000 mg) can be harmful. The daily recommended use is 12 mg.

Be careful when supplementing with vitamin E.

I see.. Thanks for letting me know. I’d rather not risk doing something bad with supplementation lol. I’ll stick to my newbie routine.
