Vets please review my routine

I plan on doing a routine encompassing of stretches only. I do each different stretch in all directions; up, straight out, left, right and down. At the moment, I am aiming for length gains. I must say that I haven’t tried the newbie routine yet despite the consensual emphasis (on purpose and planning to keep it that way). And I have read quite alot so I’m certain that I want to do this. Veterans and experts please review my routine. Am I doing too much or little? Is there anything I should remove or add, like reps, etc???…

Warm Ups 15 mins

JAI stretches 15 reps X 5 sets (all directions)

manual stretches 15 secs X 5 sets (all directions)

manual stretches 30 secs X 5 sets (all directions)

manual stretches 45 secs X 5 sets (all directions)

manual stretches 1 min X 5 sects (all directions)

A-stretches 15 secs each underhand (inverted A-stretch?) and overhand

V-stretches middle of the shaft, base and near glans

Inverted V-stretches middle of the shaft, base and near glans

Well evergrowing, if you haven’t done the newbie routine yet, then start with it. I know it’s not what you want to hear, but this is the advice you will get from most members here.

To me your routine sounds like too much stretching for someone new to PE, particulary the advanced stretches are not for total newbies. Also, if you are aiming for length, jelqing at a low erection level is a powerful tool for your goal.
Jelqing is great for penile health, so it is one of the best exercises in general that you can do.

I did a routine of only stretching for a time, but it had a bad impact on my erection quality so I stopped it.

Just start with the newbie routine, and from there experiment what works for you. The newbie routine serves two major purposes: one is that it conditions your dick, and the second is it teaches you to listen to your penis.

Hello, Chicken. I tried the newbie routine for a couple of days then stopped. Mainly because I felt the need to master each individual exercise. I don’t know why and this may sound awkward but since I’m a newbie and thus own an unconditioned unit, I want to be very.. very.. careful and perfect with what I do. So that I can get great, immediate newbie gains. For some reason my timing sucks. Hard to explain… but I do hot wrap warm ups; first I pour warm water on a cup with a thick wash cloth inside then syringe the cloth and apply it on the unit(penis and ligs area). Repeating steps as when necessary to maintain the heat. But its like as if I’m a pansy little girl that whenever I make a mistake I stop for a few minutes and then restart the whole damn thing again. Its like as if I have OCD or something. Every movement has to be executed perfectly. If not I feel like as if I’ve totally messed up my drive.

I don’t why the hell I’m like this. It feels really wierd, not too sure why this is happening. Anyways…

I read everything I had to about JAI stretches and I think that its better if I do them alone for some time before starting the newbie routine. And I mean only JAI stretches. What say you?

Hello sparkyx. I have read your esteemed PI thread. Its a thread I find myself often re-reading. I will give the EQ thread a read though. Thanks for the input.

Hey evergrowing.
Considering your need for perfection, you need to understand that PE is alike any other activity in the way that you have good days and bad days. Sometimes you will feel like you had a great stretching session, while sometimes you will feel like your stretches aren’t doing anything. The same for jelqing - sometimes you will feel like you are doing just the right thing - pressure, time, and sometimes it will be just a normal workout.
But the thing is that you have to be consistent, and then you will get better so you will have more good days.

JAI stretches? Well, some say that they work great, particularly on flaccid gains. I personally don’t feel I have benefited anything when I incorporated them in my routine. But if something doesn’t work for me, it doesn’t mean it won’t work for you.
Although, the best effect is gotten from a combination of exercises, so I would still advise the newbie routine.
