Vets please review my routine
I plan on doing a routine encompassing of stretches only. I do each different stretch in all directions; up, straight out, left, right and down. At the moment, I am aiming for length gains. I must say that I haven’t tried the newbie routine yet despite the consensual emphasis (on purpose and planning to keep it that way). And I have read quite alot so I’m certain that I want to do this. Veterans and experts please review my routine. Am I doing too much or little? Is there anything I should remove or add, like reps, etc???…
Warm Ups 15 mins
JAI stretches 15 reps X 5 sets (all directions)
manual stretches 15 secs X 5 sets (all directions)
manual stretches 30 secs X 5 sets (all directions)
manual stretches 45 secs X 5 sets (all directions)
manual stretches 1 min X 5 sects (all directions)
A-stretches 15 secs each underhand (inverted A-stretch?) and overhand
V-stretches middle of the shaft, base and near glans
Inverted V-stretches middle of the shaft, base and near glans
