Veteran members and huge gainers; how do you stay motivated?

Veteran members and huge gainers; how do you stay motivated?

I first began PE in earnest summer 2008. My consistency has been all over the place, but I’ve made some pretty nice gains which I am very proud of. The other side of things is that I have had to work very hard for the better part of 7 years simply to get into the high average range. I’m not even large yet. Not gonna lie, this whole business can be very discouraging. Late last year I measured thinking I was bigger than I was and became severely discouraged when I found out I was wrong. I only recently found it in myself to get back in the game. On the 9th of February, I did my first girth session in many weeks. Mere hours later, I got an unexpected call from my fwb to go over for some fun. I noticed erections came easier and she seemed noticeably tighter which felt amazing. For the moment, this has lit a fire under my ass. I’ve decided to PE consistently until the end of the year before I measure again. In the meantime, I’m very concerned I’ll lose my motivation again for some reason or other. How do you guys keep yourselves going? I sometimes think I’ll never reach my goals.

The easiest way is to develop a set program. Similar to what you do with exercising. Have a dedicated number of days and timeslots for PE. Operating from a structured framework takes away the distractions of daily life that would impede your goal.

I do that to an extent. I do certain things on certain days, but no particular time of day.

My goal is what has kept me motivated. Short term goals like, lets see how many days in a row I can do PE and still have amazing morning wood.

Now that I learned growth past the initial inch is certainly possible, I stay motivated.

With this or any other longterm goal, the key is consistency. Making a written program will help keep you set on the path. Making sure not to sweat it if you miss a day is important too, same for giving yourself days to rest. Doing 10 minutes most days is far more beneficial than doing hours once in a while.

With that thinking you wont reach your goals, pretty simple.

So what happens after you reached your goals? focus on that.

For me PE isnt a chore. Its fun to do. Like a hobby collecting stamps lol.

This is all unfounded, either you want it or you don’t, if you want it, then do something about it, if you don’t, don’t waste your time.

This the way I became motivated and stayed motivated. A plan had to be set in place and followed, no if’s and’s or but’s. As my previous post, I mention, This is all unfounded, either you want it or you don’t, if you want it, then do something about it, if you don’t, don’t waste your time.

I stayed motivated, because my wife helped me PE, but when we started out, something was wrong, something was missing. We had to re-think this because something was not right or just not happening. We brainstormed. We discussed what I was trying to achieve. I had to set a goal. I did. Now then, was my goal unrealistic? It was not, but I did meet it only because of the help of my wife. But now, if I were to advise on setting a goal, I would tell you to set a realistic goal like 1/4 inch in length. Once that is met, set another goal of another 1/4 inch and meet that. That is already 1/2 inch met which is significant length gains, but continue to set those realistic goals. Girth is different. A goal of a 1/4 of an inch in girth gains is tough to meet, so set a goal of a 1/8 of an inch and meet that, and set your goal for another 1/8 of an inch.

The reason for the low goals is to feel the sense of not only victory, but success when accomplishing the goals, which in turn motivates you to continue on to next goal. Way too many members here set theirs very high and when it comes time to measure, they are sadly disappointed that the measurement is not even near, only to feel that they have a long road ahead of them. Those kind of goals don’t give you that instant feeling of victory or success and in some cases, deflates your motivation to continue or at least question all of this and as a result, slows you down, because lack of achievement.

This is my Philosophy and Theory of the way I operate PEing. The total key to all of this is having the Right Mind Set. My wife and I came up with this when we first started my PE regiment. I also feel we made an Art and a Science of how we were going to pursue this. Here is what our Key was with the categories underneath:

Have The Right MIND SET is the main key that opens the other keys and they are:
Dedication: You must be dedicated to PEing as you are to get up and go to the gym or work, but this free.
Consistency: Be consistent with your exercises. Set a schedule and routine and stick to it, until you feel the
need to add to your Routine, or change you schedule. You must mix up your schedule as your
Penis/body will learn and adjust your schedule. Same with body building, the muscles learn
and adjust to a body builders schedule.
Concentration: Concentrate on the exercise you are doing at the moment, are you doing them correctly, and
Are you getting all you can out the 1 rep you are currently doing, do the same with the next
rep.
Focus: During the exercise, focus on what you are feeling and what is going on during the exercise. Focus
On the area you feel needs work by the amount of pressure you feel in 1 area and not the other areas.
Always be aware of what you are doing and how you are doing it.
Believe: Most importantly, you must ‘Believe’ that everything you are doing during the exercise is working.

This is not a race for time nor is it a competition of how many reps one can do in a certain amount of time. It is all about dedication and consistency, concentration and focus during the exercise; and to believe that each exercise is working for you. This is all plain and simple. Once you get your rhythm, you may not have to do as many repetitions to achieve in 20 reps what you would have achieved in 60 to 80 reps. It really is all in the mind.
