Hi all!

New to the game obviously, but had a quick question I wanted to bounce off the experts. I’ve been doing the newbie routine for a few months now and have noticed better EQ and some modest gains. I plan to keep this up for a bit longer and see how things play out.

One thing I’ve noticed is a dramatic increase in the vascularity of my penis (how “veiny” it is). Is this common? Is this a form of physiologic indicator? Just curious as to how people would interpret this change.

Increasing blood to the area is a good thing. Keep on going.

That’s a consequence to the workouts, I do t see it as a problem, as I think that my penis looks nice with more noticeable veins.


Start 30/06/2016 - BPEL 13cm MSEG 11,5cm

Normal, I love it! My dick looks like it works out now. Looks like it could bench 400!

So far I’ve noticed EQ, girth, and length gains, but unfortunately for me I haven’t experienced the vascularity gains I would like. I think a big veiny cock looks awesome; especially if you can make the top one that runs the length from the base to the head pop out. It communicate sexual strength and prowess. Hoping mine will start improving soon. I officially started in September but had stretched and jelqed minimally in the past.

I’ve noticed I tend to get more vascular with clamping. ***Obviously be warned this is an advanced excercise***

I’ve been clamping for about a month now. When clamped oh hell yeah a couple of them are like 18gauge wire, lol, but during a normal erection, not so much.

Erect jelqing increases vascularity much quicker than semi-erect jelqing for me. Just be careful with doing it erect though, as the pressure in your unit will obviously increase.
