vascularisation and elasticity vs length gains during winter

vascularisation and elasticity vs length gains during winter

Hi, so I’m part of the guys who can keep barely any blood in their flaccid penis. If the weather’s a bit cold, or I’m exercising, my body sucks the life out of my flaccid. Maybe it’s why I’m a “grower”, or maybe it’s two more or less related phenomenons. So I want to know more about how you function.

I started PE at the end of august 2016, focusing on tunica length. I got some nice and fast newbie gains, then despite successfully doing full warm ups during winter, over a heater and under a blanket, I didn’t gain anything. To the point that I just stopped after january, only to restart around may or june. Then I got all my gains back and more. Now, winter is there again and I see it takes me twice more time to stretch my penis fully, then it returns to 0% blood much quicker. The after effects of those stretches don’t last 15 minutes. And my progresses slow down. So my guess is, that lack of blood flow in between PE cessions might hold me back again.

So how does it relate to you, the seasoned stretchers?

was winter an issue at some point?
were you a shower or a grower when you started?
how stable was your flaccid size?
did your situation improve and how?

thanks

Bro,
Temperature is an issue for growers and showers alike.
However, perhaps if you added in some vascular-increasing exercises the cold exposure might have less of an extreme effect upon you.
Always been more of a shower here, and even though he may not turtle per se, I still get pencil dick if it’s cold enough out there.
Other than that, flaccid doesn’t usually vary more than an inch or so with reasonably stable temps around room temperature.

I realize I didn’t answer all of your queries, but I hope that helps in some way.
Good luck,
SVP

I been doing pe for over 3 years now and was a grower. And I still am a grower but have a better flaccid hang. And when I’m stressed or working out hard or cold anything, meaning water or just cold air I turtle up some also. It doesn’t bother me and you shouldn’t let it bother you. A lot of men have this issue so it’s not abnormal. And I don’t think the winters affect my stretching. But I could see it could because of the cold. Which I think is a good time to really work the stretch.

2 short - I’m not bothered by the size of my flaccid, just trying to determine if I should invest in vasc/jelqing exercises during winter or not, to avoid stagnation. But I don’t want to gain any girth for now, so it would be in last resort.

Before : Bpel 5.6"

Now : Bpel 6.7"

Sorry wasn’t trying to imply that. If it came off as that I didn’t mean it that way. And always do your exercise no matter if its winter or not. Winter won’t stop you from gaining but stopping will.

Agreed 100%. Just remember to warm up the tissues before PE (rice sock or whatever works best for you)

Get an xleeve or some other anti-turtle device. They are great all year round but especially during the winter. It’s great for keeping it extended and warm during the cold months.

Good stuff, I’ll check that! Might also give stealth innerwear a try.

Definitely won’t skip PE this winter guys, every day is stretch day.

I’ve had good luck with compression underwear in the winter. It kinda traps the heat of your body and keeps it warm enough to hang normally. I originally bought them for gym/running.

Now it’s in the cold weather work rotation.
