Variety of grips gives different stretch

Been trying out some different grips and each one seems to give a different stretch which is kind of confusing because I don’t know which one is going to deliver the best results.

This is what I have tried:

Underhand grip at base: Thrust bum and hips back as you pull. Will feel a deep stabbing internal stretch at base.

Underhand grip just behind glans: It just feels like I am stretching the skin.

Overhand grip just behind glans: Feel a dull stretch along the entire penis. Majority of stretch felt at the base and along the sides.

Thoughts?

Why don’t you try retracting the foreskin before gripping?

I feel that using a device like the VacADS gives me a superior grip compared to anything I could manage with my hand. Not having to worry about a reduction in tension while doing the one and a half minute stretch is great.

Well it starts at the base but inevitably ends up behind the glans as you pull.

I’ve only just started, so I don’t know.

You’re doing flaccid jelqs, not stretches, fendool - not a bad thing, just different name :) . When stretching, the grip doesn’t slide along the shaft. Maybe seeing exercises video would be well worth.

My grip doesn’t slide up the skin. The skin slides up my penis, grip stays on the same piece of skin the whole time.

That’s the same: you are doing dry-flaccid jelqs instead than stretching. When stretching, the hand tends to stay always at the same point, holding firmly skin (or not grabbing the skin at all) and shaft together. :)
