Varied techniques to start
Hey everyone, long time no post from me..
I’m just about to start a new routine as of now and see how this works out. I’m in a position now where I can afford a decent pump, and should have one within the next 3 weeks.
My big question is do a variety of techniques work any better than jelqing alone? For instance I was thinking of a combination of jelqing and pumping. It’s a basic theory, but I figured the newbie routine, followed by pumping, might stand a better chance of solidifying gains over time.
