First of all, let me say, miracles do happen. For the longest time my average erect girth was around 4” - 4.3”. Then, after a nearly 2 month break from PE, my penis started feeling fatter all over. I measured and I was 5.1” at the base, and 4.8” mid shaft EG. Awesome!

However, I’ve noticed some days my penis is less thick than others, and I’m not sure why. Today, for example, I measured first thing in the morning, because it felt thin, and I was at 4.5 EG mid shaft. A week ago, I was nearly 5.0 EG mid shaft, and I’ve all but stopped exercising a month ago.

Are there other factors that affect girth, like food, physical activity, vitamins etc? Please comment on your own experiences and refer me to other posts with this information if you could.

I get the same thing, I’m sure it happens to every guy, and I’d imagine that the girth listed by most of the guys on this site is their maximum on a good day.

For me, the main thing that affects my girth is how horny I am - the hornier I am, the better EQ and larger girth. On that same note, EQ is the biggest determinant for me. The other thing is if I did my PE that day. When I PE, I have more girth for about 16 hours or so.

Thanks Science Guy. Are there any specific PE exercises that contribute to this short term gain for you? I really get a lot out of Jelqing + Sadsak Slinky’s .

Yeah, I find that if I clamp a lot, eat well and get plenty of rest, rail the wife regularly, then I have maximum girth. If I’m sick or over trained or play too much soccer in a week, then my girth tends to be less.

As for length, I’m sure there are day when I have broken the 7” barrier, but not when I have a tape measure in my hand!


Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Going for the magic 8"x6"

As a-unit says, clamping is best. Also, not necessarily intuitive is that if I hang or do a bunch of stretches I get a little more girth.

A lot of guys will also tell you pumping, which may be true for them, but it’s not the case with me.

Horniness, amount of sexual activity, temperature, time of day, hormonal levels, fitness level, diet, hydration levels, type & frequency of PE,…just to name a few. There are many variables affecting your size. This is why you must step back and look at your measurements over a monthly period instead of daily.
