Value of stretching
Relatively new to the PE community but have been dutifully warming up and jelqing for a bit now. Basically my routine is 5 minute warm-up, 20 minutes jelqing, 1 minute kegels and 5 minutes with a hot pack again. I’ve noticed that stretching is quite common to all routines but do you really get that much benefit from it? With Jelqing I can see an improved blood flow and am starting to correct a few shape imperfections which seemed to have happened normally over the years (I’m 30, and my penis curves slightly to the right when it was rod straight when I was younger), and kegels seem like a good exercise as well. Although stretching is recommended I don’t really see to the benefit to it.
